Sarto read an email from Wayne Feiden (ZBA Consultant for Proposed Senior Housing Project). It included a withdrawal request from Rudy Perkins, Project Manager and Staff Attorney for HAP, INC. Rudy Perkins wrote: “In follow-up to our phone conversation this afternoon, in your capacity as consultant to the Holland Zoning Board of Appeals, please let the Holland ZBA know that HAP, INC. is withdrawing its Comprehensive Permit Application for the proposed Holland Senior Housing Development on Brimfield Road in Holland, MA. I will put a formal withdrawal letter in the mail to the Zoning Board shortly”. The ZBA voted to approve the withdrawal of the Comprehensive Permit, without prejudice, as follows: Voting yes: Don Beal, Fred Beaulieu, Ron Seaburg. Sarto Caron was not eligible to vote, having missed the
March 9, 2010 meeting.
